I've loved watching her physical transformation but I've REEEEEAAAAAALLY LOVED watching her mental, emotional, and spiritual transformation. Richelle Zirkle , the picture on the right exudes JOY! Today is #TransformationTuesday...
It's crazy to think that I signed up for 21 Day Fix and Beachbody "JUST" to lose weight and prep for the half marathon. Now I'm logging many more miles and feeling better than ever, BUT...
The real transformation has been one of spirit. I LOVE the team I'm a part of from the people who lead me to the people I lead and everyone in between. I love hearing from all of the people I'm helping through coaching... They are overcoming their weight, depression, high blood pressure, diabetes and fertility issues just to name a few things. I would never want anyone to think this isn't possible. You can improve your life if you have the determination and FAITH to do it.
